Training Includes
Lasik
Live cases using excimer laser. Trainees will observe, assist, and progressively perform under supervision. Focus: Patient selection, flap creation, laser ablation planning, post-op care
PRK
Surface ablation technique training for candidates unsuitable for LASIK. Focus: Indications, epithelial removal techniques, laser settings, and pain management.
Femto LASIK
Hands-on exposure to femtosecond laser-assisted LASIK, offering precise flap creation and enhanced outcomes. Focus: Laser calibration, docking techniques, safety precautions.
ICL Implantation
Trainees will learn ICL sizing, loading, and implantation techniques. Ideal for: Surgeons interested in high myopia correction without corneal ablation.
Clear Lens Extraction
Also known as refractive lens exchange useful for presbyopic or high ametropic patients. Focus: Patient counselling, IOL selection, biometry interpretation.
